Q- How long will it take to get my gear after I submit my order?
A- We strive to process and ship orders on the day they are received. Given that, with shipping USPS Priority Mail you should get it between 3-5 days after you place your order.
Q- What if I need it sooner? Do you offer expedited shipping?
A- We totally get that you'll want your gear ASAP. If you need it sooner for some reason, give us a call @ 253-256-2713 or write us an email @ sales@rhinocameragear.com and we'll get back to you within a few hours. We don't have the upgrade capabilities on our site but we can definitely overnight anything at an additional cost through Paypal.
Q- What's your Return Policy?
A- You can return anything you buy from our store and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Products must be new and un-opened for a full refund. If you do open a package and decide to return it we'll have to asess a 20% restocking fee. At this time we can't cover the return shipping or credit the original shipping costs.
Q- Is there a warranty on my RCG gear?
A- Heck yes there is! All of our products have a Lifetime Warranty. For more info please check out our Lifetime Warranty page.
Q- What is the RCG Development Team?
A- The RCG Development Team is a group of dedicated engineers and filmmakers that design RCG products. When we're working on new prototypes and want to get some input from our customers we will post blogs about what we're working on. We encourage you to comment, interact and help us design the next generation of film making equipment. If one of your designs is ever created into an RCG product or if you have consistent, innovative input you will have the opportunity to join the RCG Development Team. This gives you access to pro-deals at RCG and will give you more influence on product desgin in the future. For more info check out our RCG Development Team page.
