Lifetime Warranty

All RCG products come with a Lifetime Warranty. If you broke it, we probably didn't make it tough enough. 

In the rare event that your Rhino gear did break somehow, mail it back to:

Rhino Camera Gear Attn: Returns 14124 116th Ave. E Puyallup, WA 98374.

We will replace the item at no charge and mail out a brand spankin' new RCG product.

We ask that you mail it back so we can see what went wrong and fix any design flaws in newer versions. Obviously if you ran over your RCG product with your car to see how tough it really was, that will not be replaced, but your story will probably end up on our blog. 

Before we allow a new product to go to market we put it through a series of intense quality control tests.  And yes, some of which include lighting them on fire (we built a custom mount for a firefighter that wanted to film his skills).

RCG products are built to last a lifetime. We know the importance of good functioning gear especially when you only have one chance to get the perfect shot. RCG's build quality gives you the peace of mind to know that you can trust what your camera is mounted to. 

Note: This warranty doesn't apply to products that we don't actually make. Some of our accessories like our lights are produced by other companies. Also, please don't send back your gear because it got scractched or the sticker peeled off after you wiped out. That kind of damage is just the nature of the outdoors.
