Made in the USA

Our motto is "If we make it, we make it here." If we design and manufacture the part, the work will always go to local workers right here in Washington State.

We work with around 20 local companies to source the components that go into an RCG product. From the raw aluminum, to the powdercoating and anodizing, our communitiy of suppliers is an integral part of our operation. In order to keep our prices competitive, some of our accessories (lights, biners, quick-releases) are imported from our overseas partners. However, we will always strive to make as much of our gear here in the USA.

Behind the Scenes

We build most of our prototypes right here in my garage near Seattle, WA. Once we have our proof of concept and a rough working prototype we will design the final product in CAD (computer aided design) and then work with our machine shop to get production samples made. These samples are then put through extreme testing with many different types of cameras and mounts to ensure proper compatability.

From start to finish, this process can take as little as 3 weeks and as long as a year. It just depends on what we're building. If you'd like to be a part of this process, join our RCG Development Team to share your ideas.
